Tom brings a wealth of experience working with early and growth-stage software companies in both operational and board roles, drawing from a diverse background that includes roles at Fortune 500 companies and startups. His unique perspective on enterprise building is grounded in a belief that technology can catalyze human performance and connection, making him a refreshing force for transformation in the tech industry.
Over the past decade, Tom has observed the growing impact of social technology on marketing, e-commerce, and business processes, further enriching his expertise. Most recently, he served as CEO of 4-Tell, a pioneering company in data-driven personalization and intelligent collaboration for merchants. Under Tom’s leadership, 4-Tell launched the industry’s first platform designed specifically for merchant sales teams and eCommerce professionals, leveraging cross-channel transaction data and advanced machine learning to revolutionize customer engagement. This success led to 4-Tell’s acquisition by SearchSpring in 2020.
Tom specializes in business and revenue planning, sales execution, programmatic marketing, solution consulting, business modeling, CRM, compliance and risk management, and business governance. His expertise and leadership continue to drive innovative growth in the tech sector, fueled by a commitment to leveraging technology as a powerful agent for change.

Tim is a transformational sales executive with a proven record of building and leading high-performance teams that drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth. He brings deep expertise in private equity and venture-backed high-growth technology and SaaS companies, with extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and integrations.
Tim excels at professionalizing software companies at any stage, scaling both marketing efforts and inbound and outbound sales models. His leadership is marked by the implementation of robust sales processes and methodologies that unify sales and marketing teams, creating the alignment needed for growth and scalability.
A strategic builder of collaborative demand generation engines, Tim has successfully deployed a comprehensive martech stack, bringing together Marketing, Sales Development, Customer Success, and both inside and outside sales teams. His approach balances productivity across Marketing and Sales, driving a consistent and well-distributed pipeline.

General Counsel
Daniel Clyde Carr is the General Counsel at Solo, overseeing all legal matters and working closely with departments such as HR, Board of Directors, CTO, and CFO. He is responsible for compliance, finances, and operational contract management.
His career path took an unconventional route. He studied accounting at BYU and worked as an accountant for IBM. However, during his MBA program at the University of Notre Dame, he felt compelled to pursue law. This led him to change his career trajectory and attend law school.
After completing his MBA, Daniel joined Novell, a software company, where he held a hybrid legal-commercial role. This experience allowed him to blend legal expertise with business knowledge. He later worked in the energy industry for ExxonMobil before returning to Utah and assuming his current role at Solo.
Throughout his career, Daniel has seen himself as a business person with legal expertise, offering a unique problem-solving perspective. His ability to connect different disciplines and industries has been valuable in his professional journey.
