Here’s what’s new (and next):
Integrated Battery Logic Just Got Smarter
Working with inverter + battery combinations? Our latest update makes it easier than ever. Solo now syncs inverter and battery quantities automatically when you’re designing with integrated battery systems—saving time and reducing errors at the proposal stage.

TSRF Now in System Details
You asked, we delivered. The Total Solar Resource Fraction (TSRF) for each array is now visible directly within the “System Details” section. Quickly assess solar access and shading impact without digging.
New: Professional Support Tier
Need faster answers and more hands-on help? Our new Professional Support tier is for you. For just $1 more per proposal, you’ll get:
- Priority email responses (within 4 hours)
- Direct phone access to our support team
- Saturday availability to keep projects moving
Note: Starting June 30, phone support will only be available to customers on the Professional Support tier. (Don’t worry—email, Help Center access, and support tickets remain unchanged.)

Coming Soon: Recheck Integration
More lenders are requiring Recheck, and we’re making it seamless. Soon, you’ll be able to verify directly inside the Solo platform. Stay tuned for the go-live announcement.
Coming Soon: Tree Modeling in DirectDesign
We’re giving designers more control in the field. With new Tree Modeling tools, DirectDesign users will be able to add, remove, or adjust trees themselves—without needing to request a redesign. It’s flexibility, built right in.
