Over the past decade, Tom has observed the growing impact of social technology on marketing, e-commerce, and business processes, further enriching his expertise. Most recently, he served as CEO of 4-Tell, a pioneering company in data-driven personalization and intelligent collaboration for merchants. Under Tom’s leadership, 4-Tell launched the industry’s first platform designed specifically for merchant sales teams and eCommerce professionals, leveraging cross-channel transaction data and advanced machine learning to revolutionize customer engagement. This success led to 4-Tell’s acquisition by SearchSpring in 2020.

Cory Rice

CFO

Cory is a strategic finance leader who focuses on helping companies drive strategic decision-making, execute with discipline, and grow in a sustainable way. His career includes roles across global consumer brands, tech-enabled services, and high-growth SaaS companies, where he has led teams through major transitions, scaling efforts, and operational change.

Before joining Solo, Cory led FP&A and operational finance teams at Pattern, Nu Skin, Vivint, Inspire Energy, and Hewlett Packard. He has worked closely with executive teams to increase profitability, improve planning, modernize financial processes, and guide capital allocation. His work has included building strategic relationships with business partners, leading restructuring efforts, and introducing automation that allowed teams to focus on more meaningful analysis.

Cory believes strong finance teams are built on clarity, accountability, and genuine partnership. He enjoys helping leaders understand the story behind the numbers and creating systems that support long-term growth.

Ike Nelson

SVP of Support and Services

A proud alumnus of the University of Utah, Ike’s academic foundation has been instrumental in shaping his professional path. Ike believes that while “perfection is not attainable, chasing it might lead us to excellence.”

His journey, spanning Ed Tech, Marcom, and Renewable Energy, has seen him steer the Customer Success departments of five distinctive companies.

Tim is a transformational sales executive with a proven record of building and leading high-performance teams that drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth. He brings deep expertise in private equity and venture-backed high-growth technology and SaaS companies, with extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, and integrations.

Tim excels at professionalizing software companies at any stage, scaling both marketing efforts and inbound and outbound sales models. His leadership is marked by the implementation of robust sales processes and methodologies that unify sales and marketing teams, creating the alignment needed for growth and scalability.

A strategic builder of collaborative demand generation engines, Tim has successfully deployed a comprehensive martech stack, bringing together Marketing, Sales Development, Customer Success, and both inside and outside sales teams. Aspen leads Solo’s people strategy with a focus on clarity, trust, and long-term growth. She joined the company as it was transitioning away from a shared services model and has played a key role in building the HR function during a time of significant change and renewal.

With experience across compliance, compensation, and talent development, Aspen approaches HR as both a strategic function and a day-to-day human practice. She partners closely with leaders at all levels to ensure Solo’s systems and programs evolve alongside the needs of the business and its people.
