This Notice applies to all personal information collected through our website https://www.gosolo.io (the “Site”), mobile application, (“App”), the services or software we provide, and offline events (we refer to the Site, App, the services or software we provide, and events collectively in this Notice as the “Services”). Please read this Notice carefully as it will help you make informed decisions about sharing your personal information with us.
We may collect the following “Personal Information” about you: name, postal address, phone number, email address, other contact information, IP address, information about your residence, and account and password information, including password hints (when you have an account to use the Services). When purchasing our Services, you will be asked to provide credit or debit card information. We do not store or retain such information. Credit or debit card information is stored, or processed by, a third party payment processor.
We may collect non-personal information about you whenever you interact with our Site or App. Non-personal information may include the browser name, the type of computer, and technical information about your means of connection to our Site or App, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers used and other similar information. It also includes information about your general location (country, state, and city) and how long you view content on the Site or App.
How we collect Personal Information generally depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services you use. We may collect Personal Information directly or indirectly from you. We collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us when you sign up to use our Services or when you otherwise contact us about the Services.

We may share your Personal Information with others, such as our affiliates, those with whom you have requested us to share your Personal Information, contractors and service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business, including, for example, companies that provide us with technical support and assistance concerning the Services, financial institutions who process payments on our behalf, our suppliers, and other third parties who help us administer our Services. We require third parties who perform services for us to agree to treat your Personal Information confidentially and securely and only for the purpose of performing services on our behalf. We may also share your Personal Information with a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Solo’s assets. We may also disclose your Personal Information to comply with a court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Solo, our customers, or others.
We may also share Personal Information that is collected via the Services with third parties so that they may directly market their products or services to you if we think such products or services may be of interest to you. When we do, we require such third parties to use your Personal Information only for the purpose of offering their products or services to you. A cookie is a small file placed on your computer by a website that uses the cookie to store information about your use of the website to help users navigate websites efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owner of the website. There are two general types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are only used during a single session online and will be deleted once you leave a website. We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law, including to fulfil a legal obligation.
We implement appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your Personal Information. We regularly review our security procedures and consider appropriate new security technology and methods. However, because we cannot guarantee the complete security of the technology used to protect Personal Information, please use caution when submitting your Personal Information online.
The Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, do not use the Services. If we learn that we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us as described below.
Solo is located, and the Services are hosted, in the United States. If you are using the Services from outside the United States, please be aware that any Personal Information you share with us will be stored and processed in the United States. By voluntarily sharing your Personal Information with us, you understand that your Personal Information will be stored and processed in the United States.
You may change or update your Personal Information at any time by logging into your account via the Services. You may also request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, you may contact us as described below.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may also (i) request access to and rectification or erasure of your Personal Information; (ii) obtain restriction of processing or object to processing of your Personal Information; and (iii) ask for a copy of your Personal Information to be provided to you or a third party in machine readable format. Certain web browsers may allow you to enable a “do not track” option that sends signals to the websites you visit indicating that you do not want your online activities tracked. This is different from blocking cookies as browsers with the “do not track” option selected may still accept cookies. We currently do not honor “do not track” signals. If we do so in the future, we will update this Notice accordingly.
We may update this Notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this Notice. If we make material changes to this Notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes via the Services, or by directly sending you a notification.
