Dan Larkin

Dan is a family man, outdoorsman and entrepreneur. With his education in advertising and a decade-long career in direct sales, he founded Evolve Solar (which he sold in 2015 for $50M). Reinvesting the proceeds from that transaction, Dan went on to leverage his expertise and success in the home improvement space to found SOLO. Dan continues to push the contracting, software and finance industries to new levels in the home improvement space as CEO of SOLO.

Jeremy Smith

Jeremy loves to travel and spend time with his family. He enjoys surfing, wakeboarding, riding dirt bikes, playing soccer and golfing. He has a background in accounting and finance. Jeremy has been blessed to build businesses with one of his best friends for several years now.

Ryan H. Nelson

Ryan leads a growing Development Team in bringing SOLO’s platform up-to-date with modern tools and technologies, fueling its growth and reliability. Prior to SOLO, Ryan co-founded and architected the software for the dashboard analytics company Grow.com. Ryan holds an MBA from Thunderbird and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Weber State University.

Since 2008, Ryan Roche has provided his industry knowledge and leadership to many companies as a VP of Sales, and currently as SOLO’s President of Sales. Ryan is a dynamic leader and master motivator. In his 16-year career, he has established himself as a key piece in successful recruiting and sales programs. His tactical, structured approach to team building and sales training provides a more complete understanding of how to build a sales empire – all while having a positive impact on each sales professional’s life.

Jared helped found SOLO, bringing a decade of direct sales experience to the table.  As the VP of Sales, Jared is focused on building a world-class sales organization within SOLO.

DJ Strader

DJ loves creating and working with small teams that focus on results. He has had roles from door-to-door sales management to internal operations. Those experiences provide him with a unique perspective to the solutions and products he helps bring to market. DJ played Minor League hockey and loves traveling with his wife and family.
